The developer of Le Kai Shopping Park is Yantai Le Kai Real Estate Co., Ltd. According to the investigation, the company is 96% owned by Yantai Lotte Yacht Club Co., Ltd. and 4% owned by Yantai Lijing Property Management Co., Ltd., and the major shareholder behind it is Hong Kong Jushen International Co., Ltd.
