Did Vanke Group acquire three sheng Group?

Vanke Group did not acquire three sheng Group. Sansheng Group was established in 1988, and its subsidiary Sansheng Holdings was listed on the Hong Kong stock market through Lifu Real Estate on 20 18, with three business segments: Sansheng Education, Sansheng Health and Sansheng Technology. In September, 20021,three sheng's holding subsidiary Fujian Bourne Property Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Bourne Property) was acquired by Wanwuyun Trusteeship Technology Service Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Wanwuyun), a subsidiary of Vanke Group.
