What should I do if I refuse to accept the final judgment of property disputes?

Legal analysis: if a party refuses to accept the judgment of first instance, it shall be dealt with according to whether the judgment of first instance has taken legal effect:

1. If the judgment of first instance does not take effect, you can appeal to a higher court during the appeal period (civil case 15 days, criminal case 10 days), and the higher court will try and judge again.

2. If the judgment has come into effect, you may apply to the procuratorate for protest, and the parties may also apply to the court for retrial or appeal.

Legal basis: Article 942nd of the Civil Code of People's Republic of China (PRC). Property service providers shall maintain the basic order of the property service area and take reasonable measures to protect the personal and property safety of the owners. Although the current residential management is strict and outsiders are not allowed to enter and leave at will, it is inevitable that there will be theft, which is mostly attributed to the inaction of the property. As long as we strengthen vigilance, patrol and monitoring, we can effectively avoid such problems and better protect the property and personal safety of the owners.
