Overview of National University Science Park of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics

Shanghai University of Finance and Economics has a history of nearly a hundred years. It is a multi-disciplinary key university with economic management as the mainstay and coordinated development of economics, management, law, literature and science. It is also one of the important bases for training senior management talents in China. Among the universities of finance and economics in China, our school was the first to get a doctorate, and it was also one of the first universities to set up a postdoctoral mobile station for social science (economics). 1996, the school entered the ranks of national 2 1 1 key construction universities; In 2007, the school entered the ranks of national high-level university construction projects.

Shanghai University of Finance and Economics currently has three national key disciplines: accounting, finance and the history of economic thought, among which finance is the national key discipline. It has 4 key disciplines of the Ministry of Finance and 6 key disciplines of Shanghai. There are three state-level bases, namely, the National Economic Basic Talents Training Base, the National College Students' Cultural Quality Education Base, and the Institute of Accounting and Finance, the Key Research Base of Humanities and Social Sciences of the Ministry of Education. It also has four first-level disciplines: theoretical economics, applied economics, business administration, management science and engineering, 44 doctoral degree authorization points in two disciplines, and four postdoctoral mobile stations in philosophy, theoretical economics, applied economics and business administration. Among them, there are 24 degree authorization points approved by the national discipline catalogue, 9 master's degree authorization points in first-class disciplines, 74 master's degree authorization points in two disciplines and 36 undergraduate majors.

Shanghai University of Finance and Economics National University Science Park (Shanghai Modern Service Industrial Park) was conceived in 2006. Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (a key university directly under the Ministry of Education and a national "2 1 1 engineering" university), Shanghai Science and Technology Commission and Yangpu District Government jointly initiated a modern service industrial park and a high-tech science and technology park with industrial incubation function and outstanding financial innovation service characteristics. Relying on the rich scientific and technological resources in the area, especially the advantages of disciplines, talents and scientific research of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, the park uses the government's supporting policies and resources to introduce and cultivate modern service industries and scientific and technological enterprises, form a gathering place for modern service industries and scientific and technological start-ups in Shanghai, formulate modern service standards and norms, export modern service models, and expand the agglomeration effect and push up the industry influence through science and technology and small enterprise incubation services. Since its establishment six years ago, the park has basically formed an incubation with real estate and innovative enterprises in the park.

(joint venture with Jin Feng), Shanghai Yangpu District Kechuang Microfinance Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Caida Science Park Shi Kuang Venture Capital Fund.

Yangpu base

At the end of 2008, due to the outstanding achievements in the construction and development of the park, the park passed the joint evaluation of the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Education, and was approved as the National University Science Park on February 16, 2009. The National University Science Park of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics is a modern service industrial park approved by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Science and Technology, which integrates science and technology parks and financial services. It is also the first national university science park with modern financial services in China. The Park is the most powerful financial think tank in China, which is dedicated to the incubation and cultivation of high-tech enterprises, the professional development of financial service enterprises, the gathering and development of large-scale and headquarters-based enterprises, and building a first-class platform for the development of modern service industry in Shanghai and even the whole country.

The National University Science Park of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics has four incubation bases, namely wanda plaza in Wujiaochang, No.36 Guo Bin Road, No.0/98 Wudong Road, No.0/35 Hanlu Road and No.369 Zhongshan North First Road, and nearly 800 enterprises have settled in. In 2008, the total annual output value of enterprises entering the park reached more than 6 billion yuan, the fastest growth among the indicators of similar university science parks in Yangpu District. In 2009, the School Science Park plans to launch specific measures to promote the entrepreneurship of teachers and students, and further strengthen the function construction, and strive to become a leading modern service industrial park with distinctive characteristics of financial innovation and high-end financial services in China within three to five years. Shanghai Caida Science and Technology Park Co., Ltd. is a functional organization that promotes the construction and development of the park under the leadership of the park management Committee, and adopts a corporatized and market-oriented operation mechanism. The registered capital of the company is RMB 50 million, and it is a state-owned holding company. The company will make full use of university resources and policy advantages to provide multi-functional and personalized services such as office property services, enterprise establishment services, preferential support policies, investment and financing demand services for enterprises entering the park, and provide excellent conditions for entrepreneurial development.

At present, the park has gathered a number of large-scale investment and financing institutions and financial consulting companies, and established close cooperation with a number of banks and financing guarantee institutions, which can meet the financing needs of multi-level enterprises. The owner of the park initiated the establishment of Shanghai Yangpu Kechuang Microfinance Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of 6,543.8 billion yuan, which can directly lend to regional enterprises.

As a part of supporting services, the park has also introduced specialized institutions in talent recruitment, talent training and personnel agency to meet the needs of talents and personnel services of enterprises in the park.

Hongkou base

At present, the main carrier of Hongkou incubator in Caida Science Park includes a new creative park for small and medium-sized enterprises, covering an area of about 8,673 square meters, with a total planned construction area of 79 16 square meters. It is planned to rent five office buildings. At present, the first phase has launched an office building with a building area of 28 15 square meters, and the lease form is extremely hot. At present, there are a few high-quality office buildings for rent. At present, preparations have been made for the opening of the second phase, and it is planned to go online at the end of 20 10. Our park is designed by foreign planners and designers, which initially meets the needs of different levels of customer office property.
