The difference between a real estate agent and a maintainer

There is little difference between real estate agents and repairers, but the geographical names are different.

A real estate agent refers to a natural person or legal representative who acts as an intermediary, accepts entrustment, provides convenience for real estate transactions, and collects commissions in the trading activities of houses and land. The practice scope of real estate agents includes housing sales, real estate leasing, real estate mortgage, real estate inheritance, real estate appraisal and other businesses.

Maintenance workers (here refers to house maintenance workers) are mainly responsible for the daily maintenance of the property. In real estate transactions, real estate agents usually play the role of "gatekeeper", responsible for checking the transaction process and ensuring the security of the transaction.

Generally speaking, there is not much difference between real estate agents and maintenance workers in essence, but their job responsibilities and specific tasks may be different.
