In order to create a safe, civilized, environmentally friendly, peaceful and healthy holiday atmosphere in Hami Petroleum Base, Gemstone Flower Property Tuha Oilfield Regional Company will hold a fireworks party at 22:00 on June 5438+1October 2 1 day (New Year's Eve).

First of all, fireworks show.

1. Time:

2. Location:

Little Square in front of TUHA Oilfield Convention and Exhibition Center (see the figure below for details).

3. Preventive measures

(1) Please watch the warning tape outside and don't enter the warning zone; Please watch the fireworks display in an orderly manner. Don't crowd or push, so as to avoid trampling accidents.

(2) Please observe the traffic management requirements and regulate parking. 65438+1October 20th (29th of the twelfth lunar month)14: 00-21(30th of the twelfth lunar month) at 24: 00, parking is prohibited in the fireworks display area of the fireworks show. Please don't drive into or park in the no-parking area.

(3) During the fireworks party, please obey the command of the order maintenance personnel and traffic management personnel, and stop in the areas such as Square South Road and Square East Road in one direction.

(4) After the fireworks party, please obey the command of the order maintenance and traffic control personnel and evacuate patiently and orderly to avoid traffic accidents and trampling accidents.

3. Precautions:

(1) Fireworks and firecrackers, people, trees and other flammable items are prohibited anywhere outside Little Square in front of the Convention and Exhibition Center.

(2) Please ask residents to purchase fireworks and firecrackers at designated and qualified sales points.

(3) Buy fireworks and firecrackers to be placed in a safe place, and keep them away from fire sources, heat sources and power sources to prevent explosion and spontaneous combustion.

(4)/kloc-minors under the age of 0/4 must be accompanied and supervised by adults when setting off fireworks.

(5) Obey the management of security personnel. It is forbidden to set off Kongming lanterns in the base. In violation of the relevant provisions, by the public security and relevant departments in accordance with the provisions.
