Some people look, but they don't always stare.

The campus monitoring system will always monitor all the situations inside the school and classroom, and corresponding personnel will observe every corner of the school through monitoring, and some people will watch.

But I won't stare at it all the time, and I won't retrieve the surveillance video after the incident. Campus monitoring is generally in the guard room or there is a special monitoring room.
