Xi High-tech Zone Aviation Science and Technology Industrial Park is located in Anyanliang, the most complete base of China aviation industry system. Xi 'an Qu Wei Aerospace Science and Technology Industrial Development Zone (municipal level)

Xi 'an Aviation Science and Technology Industrial Base is located in the southeast of Xi, with Qujiang New District in Xi City in the north, 10,000 mu ecological forest belt in the east and Chang 'an Central City in the west. The natural environment and humanistic environment are outstanding, which is very suitable for office and residence. The planned total area of the base is 22. 19 square kilometers. The construction of the space base will follow the general principles of "overall planning, environmental protection, cluster development, open cooperation and efficient service". Adopt the construction mode of "one-time planning, phased development and market operation" to make the base construction develop healthily, harmoniously and continuously. The first phase of the space base is planned from 2007 to 20 10, with a total area of 5 square kilometers. It is divided into space industrial zone, power semiconductor device, solar photovoltaic, LED industrial zone, R&D and outsourcing service zone and living supporting zone. The second phase of the base is planned from 20 10 to 2020, with a total area of 10 square kilometers, which is used to expand the scale of the industry and promote the development of the industry towards high-end research and development.

During the Eleventh Five-Year Plan period, Xi 'an Aviation Science and Technology Industrial Base will focus on developing aerospace leading industries and aerospace technology application industries, and accelerate the development of information technology (including advanced semiconductor functional devices, solar photovoltaic, LED software service outsourcing and business process outsourcing), automobile parts manufacturing, aerospace new materials, new energy and aerospace special technology application industries. The base semiconductor device, solar photovoltaic and LED industrial park covers an area of 3 square kilometers. Through the first phase of construction, the goal is to become a world-class and domestic leading high-tech park integrating technology development and production, process equipment development, product development and intellectual property provision of advanced semiconductor functional devices. In the future, through the optimization of resource allocation, the park will realize increasingly strong technological innovation capability, rapid expansion of industrial scale, continuous expansion of industrial scope, continuous improvement of industrial chain and gradual formation of industrial clusters. It is estimated that the annual output value of the park can reach 30 billion. The base semiconductor device, solar photovoltaic and LED industrial park covers an area of 3 square kilometers. Through the first phase of construction, the goal is to become a world-class and domestic leading high-tech park integrating technology development and production, process equipment development, product development and intellectual property provision of advanced semiconductor functional devices. In the future, through the optimization of resource allocation, the park will realize increasingly strong technological innovation capability, rapid expansion of industrial scale, continuous expansion of industrial scope, continuous improvement of industrial chain and gradual formation of industrial clusters. It is estimated that the annual output value of the park can reach 30 billion.
