Property management companies will also be bigger than small communities. Of course, the larger the community, the more difficult it will be to manage. We also need the cooperation of the owners and neighbors. Only in this way can the community have a better living environment.

2. Small community, the space between the building and the small community is very small. The activity space is small. There are not many public facilities in the community. But not many people live, suitable for property management. Small community, more targeted property management, management is not difficult. However, many small communities also have bad property management companies. Because the money spent is small, the property fee is not much. Some management levels can't keep up.

Large and small communities have their own advantages and disadvantages, which are mainly reflected in the following aspects:

Convenient travel (small community wins): It may take a long distance to walk from the door of the community to the floor, and the small community may be able to leave the community as soon as it is downstairs, and the walking distance by public transportation is also closer. If young office workers need to be in a hurry every day, they can consider small communities.

To sum up, we can't simply evaluate whether a big community is good or small, but make a reasonable choice according to our own situation.
