According to the relevant regulations, from now on, communities, units, schools, airports, high-speed trains, subways and other traffic stations, public service places and public transport vehicles will be restored to check their boarding codes, and joint inspection of health codes and boarding codes will be implemented. Persons who come (return) to Ningbo from domestic epidemic areas (municipalities directly under the Central Government are the districts and counties where they are located) (except those who have been controlled according to regulations, the same below) who cannot provide negative proof of nucleic acid testing within 48 hours shall receive nucleic acid testing free of charge at the comprehensive service point of nucleic acid testing within 24 hours after arriving in Ningbo.

In the past 14 days, people who have lived in a district or city (where the municipality directly under the central government is located) should immediately report to their village (community), cooperate with the implementation of relevant prevention and control measures, and receive free nucleic acid testing at the nearest comprehensive service point for nucleic acid testing as soon as possible.

All localities should combine the small-cycle rolling investigation, intensify efforts to focus on the investigation of people who have lived in districts and cities (municipalities directly under the Central Government are districts and counties) for nearly 14 days, and implement relevant control measures as soon as possible.

In order to implement the first-level response requirements of major public health emergencies in Zhejiang Province, ensure the success of epidemic prevention and control, and ensure the health and life safety of the people, the "Twelve Uniforms" for epidemic prevention and control are formulated, and are hereby notified as follows:
