The newly bought house has been in for half a year. Is it reasonable to make up the difference in property?

B: The difference in housing area leads to retroactive price difference. This situation depends on how the specific terms of the purchase contract signed by you and the developer are agreed. The purchase contract generally stipulates that if the error between the measured area and the purchase contract area is controlled within 3%, the purchase price will remain unchanged; If the area error exceeds 3%, the house price will be refunded or the difference will be made up according to the strict principle of refunding more and making up less; It should be noted here that the unit price of the house with more refunds and less subsidies is the unit price indicated in the purchase contract.
