Property companies are bound by the purchase contract.

The purchase contract is a legally binding agreement reached by both parties voluntarily. As Party B, the property management company must follow the provisions in the house purchase contract. The purchase contract may stipulate the service content, standards and related responsibilities and obligations of the property company, and the property company shall perform the services stipulated in the contract and bear the corresponding liabilities for breach of contract.
