Brief introduction of China Railway No.1 Bureau Building

China Railway Yidu International is located at the south gate of Jinyang New District, with a total land area of nearly 1.80 million mu, a total construction area of about 2.3 million ㎡, a total of 1.6 million households and a population of nearly 60,000. It is one of the largest comprehensive markets in Guiyang at present. The project faces Shilin Road in the north, opposite the Olympic Sports Center and Shilin Park under construction. The architectural planning of the "China Railway Yidu International" project invited Mr. Wang Lifeng from Tao Bo Design Consulting Company, a world-class design agency, as the chief designer. Landscape planning was initiated by Mr. Yuan Songting, a well-known landscape design agency-Didong United (Beijing) Planning and Design Consultant Co., Ltd., and combined with the geographical characteristics of the project "Mountain, Valley and Terrace", through the creative application of the five elements of "Mountain, Valley, Water, Forest and Flower", three different landscape themes of "Mountain City, Water City and Terrace Garden" were created. While improving the overall quality, it also derives the style characteristics of different regions.

China Railway Yidu International has innovatively put forward the planning concept of "harmony but difference" in combination with Guiyang's unique geographical climate, natural and humanistic characteristics. In architectural aesthetics, it is manifested in chimneys piled with big stones, plank roads paved with primary color sleepers, warm walls, soft arches and crimson tile roofs ... which bring exotic architecture to the extreme. In the architectural space, combined with the pleasant climate of the four seasons, rich and diverse mountain landscapes; Through the creative combination of buildings in the plane or vertical direction, we can realize the mix and match design from outdoor to indoor, and organize the compound courtyard and interesting space of vestibule, backyard, inner corridor, sunken courtyard and basement in our home. Originated from the primitive living building of "one yuan, one customs and one villa".

China Railway Yidu International Planning has a landscape experience area covering an area of nearly 80 mu, creating an exotic and romantic manor atmosphere. The 5500㎡ Sisi Garden and the waterfront landscape near 150m form a theme landscape with great sensory impact. At the same time, the experience area integrates multiple life formats such as sales exhibition center, art exhibition center and landscape swimming pool, promotes residence by business, and rapidly enhances regional visibility and quality of life.
