Nanhai Feishui, April 9-8 (Nanhai People's Government Network Feishui)

Since April 9, 2022, Feishui has implemented fence management in 8 villages including Jinfengzhou, Hainanzhou, Zhouzun, Caochang, Baigang, Wenjiao, Lugang and Xianliao.

On April 9th, the Office of Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters of novel coronavirus City and Feishui County issued a notice. In view of the severe and complicated epidemic situation around Feishui, from now on, Feishui will focus on strengthening the prevention and control management of villages, communities and professional markets. And through fence management, reducing entrances and exits, compulsory temperature measurement, health code, travel card, nucleic acid results and other measures, strengthen the investigation of returnees to prevent the outbreak.

First, eight villages in Lishui implement fence management:

1, the first batch of surrounding areas:

Jinfengzhou, Hainan Island, Zhouzun, Caochang, Baigang, Wenjiao, Lugang and Xianliao 8 villages.

2, encirclement measures:

(1) JinFengZhou, Hainan Island community:

In view of the two urban communities of Jinfengzhou and Hainan Island, each community is required to keep only one vehicle entrance and one personnel entrance in principle, and strictly implement the entry and exit inspection system at the entrance and exit, and do well the "three things to enter the door": temperature measurement, code checking and wearing masks.

Non-resident floating population and vehicles entering the community should be registered for the record. All takeout, express delivery, etc. It is not allowed to enter the property community, and the items are transferred and stored at the entrance and exit of the community.

② Zhoucun, Caochang, Baigang, Wenjiao, Lugang and Xianliao:

For rural communities, under the premise of ensuring fire safety, six villages, such as Zhoucun, Caochang, Baigang, Wenjiao, Lugang and Xianliao, should set up patrol and registration posts, minimize intersections and gates, and only reserve a part for vehicles and personnel to pass.

At intersections and gates, personnel should be arranged to be on duty 24 hours a day, so that everyone must ask, measure and check, and do a good job of "three things to enter the door", that is, measuring temperature, checking code and wearing a mask.

Two, strengthen the management of epidemic prevention and control in key places:

In addition, Feishui will focus on strengthening social control, strictly control the epidemic situation in closed places, eight special places and logistics parks, and urge measures such as nucleic acid detection, indoor ventilation, environmental disinfection and health monitoring.

At the same time, Lishui will intensify supervision, inspection and law enforcement through unannounced visits, and resolutely shut down and rectify places and enterprises that seriously violate epidemic prevention requirements.
