Most members of the property team are "simple, hardworking, tolerant and kind" silent majority. Real estate is a difficult industry. However, being in a harmonious property team will often make you feel at home. Third, property is a kind of consciousness. That is the sense of service. Not all people are suitable for service, but real service people can really experience the pleasure of a sense of accomplishment from service work. Property owners don't have to feel inferior because of their occupation. We provide professional services, but we are not servants. A colleague said well that property management needs to be "humble in appearance and strong in heart". Of course, the sense of service is innate. The so-called innate service temperament is called "style" by Beijingers and "accent" by Shanghainese. But it also needs training the day after tomorrow, and constantly strengthens the sense of service. Employees with good service awareness are definitely the wealth of property management companies, especially high-end properties. Then, the attribute is a value. With the development of China real estate market, the homogenization competition is quite obvious. You have a room type, I will have it tomorrow; You use one material, and I will use it tomorrow. But the hardware is easy to copy, but the software is difficult to copy. The reason is simple, because you are short of people who can provide this service. What customers want to buy is not only a reinforced concrete house, but also a meaningful lifestyle. This also explains why brand developers are more expensive than non-brand developers by thousands of yuan per square meter for the same type of houses in the same location. Finally, property is a set of management. Different from the general understanding of property, property is actually one of the industries that use management tools the most. A top property manager should not only master the basic knowledge of economics, management, psychology, sociology and public relations; You should also know the common sense of law, statistics, insurance, architecture, engineering and building intelligence.
