Legal basi for canceling fix parking spaces in residential quarters

Property law. According to Article 116 of Chapter 11 of the Property Law, property owners can dispose of, use and profit from their own real estate according to law. Fixed parking spaces in residential areas are part of real estate, and property companies or owners' committees have the right to dispose of or redistribute the fixed parking spaces as needed.
