According to my own work, I want to establish four concepts, namely:

The third is to establish the spirit of win-win cooperation. In a street and a community, the spirit of cooperation is indispensable, and team unity is particularly necessary. Everyone in the street and community, especially the members of the team, must be broad-minded, seek common ground while reserving differences, establish the spirit of win-win cooperation, unite and cooperate, and do their jobs well.

The fourth is to establish the idea of doing things for the people. Efforts will be made to build a sunny home that serves residents' daily life, a loving home that serves people in difficulty, a leisure home that serves residents' health, a study home that serves residents' quality improvement, a harmonious home that serves communities, and a party member red home that serves communities, and efforts will be made to build urban communities into a harmonious and civilized social life with orderly management, perfect service.

Based on Chengdu's advanced urban management experience, this paper analyzes the construction of urban management service system. Find out six problems in street city management: First, the urban management system is not smooth enough, the overall linkage mechanism has not been formed, and the work lacks synergy; Second, the implementation of urban planning is not in place; Third, the urban management law enforcement environment needs to be further optimized; Fourth, the quality of some citizens needs to be improved; Fifth, the positioning of depression theory is biased; Sixth, organizing the masses to participate in the implementation is not enough.

In view of these problems, four opinions and suggestions are put forward for urban management. First, straighten out the relationship and strive to improve the level of urban management; The second is to create a harmonious urban management law enforcement environment; The third is to seize the opportunity and focus on solving outstanding problems in urban management; The fourth is to establish a social public participation mechanism.

At the same time, actively explore simple property, strive for practical results, constantly improve and summarize new experience in urban management, and take the road of sustainable development.

Efforts have been made to find problems and dig deep into the root causes, and great actions to emancipate the mind have been put forward mainly from the ideological level:

First, get rid of the mentality of being content with the status quo and establish the consciousness of striving for the first place. We should overcome the tendency to be complacent, keep up with high standards, establish a strong sense of urgency and responsibility, stimulate a high-spirited mental state, enhance the sense of innovation, be brave in fighting, be satisfied if you don't do it, never slack off, do it outside the box, and strive for first-class work performance.

The second is to overcome the state of being too addicted to work and be good at packaging, summarizing and refining our work. When the work is done well, we should publicize it properly, increase our influence and increase our right to speak at critical times.

The third is to overcome the backward thinking of procrastination and prevarication, and establish a sense of responsibility that dares to take responsibility and take the initiative. Emancipating the mind means liberating people from the narrow mentality of suffering, suffering, suffering and suffering, treating people with a calm and peaceful attitude and meeting the challenges in work with a positive attitude.
