Legal analysis: neighbors make noise in property management. Units and individuals directly affected by noise pollution have the right to request to reduce or eliminate the harm of noise pollution. Property refers to all kinds of houses and their supporting equipment, facilities and venues that have been built and put into use.

Legal basis: Article 7 of the Regulations on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Noise Pollution in People's Republic of China (PRC).
