If it does not involve abuse, you can generally complain to the residential property company about the audio-visual evidence and ask for treatment.

If abusive or even worse content is involved, you can report the case to the police station, provide audio-visual evidence and demand that it be dealt with according to law. If you are not satisfied with the result, you can also file a civil lawsuit.
