Does Yukun Community have a real estate license?

Generally, a community has two kinds of property rights: complete property rights and incomplete property rights. Complete property right means having all rights at the same time, and incomplete property right only has the right to use, but not the right to trade. I'm not sure about the situation in Yukun Community. You can go to the local real estate registration center with your ID card, and individuals can only check their own real estate files. If you want to inquire about others, you need someone else's power of attorney and ID card.
