What does community grid mean?

Legal analysis: "community grid" refers to the division of urban management areas into unit grids according to certain standards. Community grid staff refers to the staff who undertake specific tasks in a community grid management organization, generally leading cadres, community leaders, community workers, teachers, doctors, police and so on. Urban grid management is to divide the urban management area into unit grids according to certain standards.
