1, maybe the electric meter is set too fast. You can turn off everything that uses electricity at home and see if the electricity meter is still running. If the instrument is still rotating, it is inaccurate; If it is not rotating, it means that there is no problem with the instrument;

2. Turn on an electrical appliance with a power of 1000w for one hour, and then see if it uses one degree of electricity. If there are too many records in the meter, replace the meter or send it to the Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision for testing.

3. It may be that the electricity consumption increases after the user replaces the new electricity meter, which leads to the high electricity bill.
