This is a false proposition! Shengli Oilfield Command applied to Shandong Provincial Committee that year. The question "Shengli Oilfield made Dongying or Dongying made Shengli Oilfield" seems to be a trap, and any unilateral answer will be opposed!

But I think everything should be split in two. The relationship between Dongying and Shengli Oilfield should be "complementary, interdependent, mutually supportive and common development". Shengli Oilfield also extends eastward to Shouguang, Hanting and Changyi in Weifang, and westward to Linyi and Lingxian in Dezhou.

For example, there is Jianghan Oilfield in China, which is located in Qianjiang City, Jingmen City, Hubei Province, but the administrative area of Jianghan City cannot be found, but it refers to the vast area north of the Yangtze River in Hubei Province. Therefore, the naming of oil fields is not based on place names, and it is not based on the dependence between them! I wonder if such an answer can meet the requirements of the questioner?

Without Shengli Oilfield, Kenli, Lijin and Guangrao are three agricultural counties in Huimin District. Look at the present situation of Wudi and Yangxin. If there is no Shengli Oilfield, it is basically the same. So it is right to say that Shengli Oilfield has made Dongying City. 4. Before Dongying City was built, many education, hospitals, water supply, power supply and transportation were built in the oilfield.

5. 1983 After the establishment of Dongying City, there were few enterprises and retired workers had no burden. The main development was after the real estate market became hot and the income from land sales became rich in 2000. Oil field tax accounts for less than 50% of fiscal revenue, which should be the case after the listing of Sinopec and the tax revenue of many listed sectors was allocated.

The same question is, did Daqing Oilfield make Daqing, or did Daqing make Daqing Oilfield? Did Baoan County make Shenzhen Special Economic Zone or Shenzhen Special Economic Zone make Baoan? Anyone with a brain will have a choice.

Naturally, the development of oil fields has made a city. There are no resources, this is the land silted by the Yellow River, saline-alkali beach, and the crop yield is low.

Ten years ago, I communicated with people on a trip and introduced myself to Dongying, Shandong. Along the way, most people said they didn't know this place. Only one elder sister said there was a Shengli oil field there. I am proud to say that I am from Shengli oil field. Students from all over the country can come to Petroleum University to study, so relatives around them can know that there is a Dongying in Shandong. So, squeeze out the Petroleum University and squeeze out Shengli Oilfield, which is a reed on saline-alkali land, silent, and there is no place named Dongying. Therefore, Shengli Oilfield has turned Dongying into a city and a land with humanity, connotation and prosperity.

Shengli Oilfield was produced in the early 1960s, because the first oil well was explored and developed on September 23rd, 1963. So the original oil field was called 923 factory. It was later renamed Shengli Oilfield. Dongying City was established at the end of 1983. Therefore, Shengli Oilfield ranks first, followed by Dongying City. The question of who made who is not difficult to answer. The two are complementary and win-win relations. The development of oil fields cannot be separated from the strong support of local people.
