Has the qualification certificate of the property company been cancelled?

The property qualification certificate has been cancelled, and the property company does not need to apply for a property qualification certificate to engage in property services.

According to Article 1 of the Notice on Doing a Good Job in Cancelling the Qualification Verification of Property Service Enterprises, all localities will no longer accept applications for qualification verification, qualification change, replacement and replacement of property service enterprises, and may not require in any way that the original approved qualification of property service enterprises be taken as a condition for undertaking property management business.

Article 4 Further implement the property acceptance system, guide and urge the construction units, owners and property service enterprises to do a good job in the acceptance and handover of property use parts and facilities according to law, clarify the rights and obligations of all parties, reduce the problems left over from development and construction, and ensure the smooth handover of property service projects.

Article 5 Improve the complaint platform for property services, unblock the complaint channels, establish and improve the complaint feedback mechanism, clarify the procedures and requirements for complaint acceptance and handling, strengthen the supervision and inspection of complaint feedback, promptly solve effective complaints from the masses, and prevent and resolve conflicts and disputes over property services.
