Is it the responsibility of others to put garbage in front of my house?

The neighbor's garbage is dumped at the door, and the owner or property manager has the right to ask the neighbor to clean up the garbage. The corridor at the door belongs to the * * * use area, and the owner cannot occupy it privately.

The green space within the building division belongs to the owner, except for urban public green space or express personal green space. Other public places, public facilities and property services within the building division are owned by the owner.
