I have been paying attention to the "Step Forward" program of Beijing TV Station, and I don't agree with some viewpoints and handling methods. However, this program exposes the mentality of many community owners now, especially those leaders who defend their rights. Many times, we often say that owners do not understand policies and regulations and communication procedures. However, when I watch every program, government workers are dissolving and explaining policies. What we see is that many owners recognize stupidity and disregard for the law. See the selfishness and greed of human nature.

Rights leaders in many communities may have good intentions and want to protect rights. However, there are still some community leaders who really participate in community affairs for the purpose of protecting their private interests, even illegal interests. You take the lead in provoking and intensifying the contradiction between community owners and property on the grounds of safeguarding rights. What you want is power. Such people take the lead and will only destroy the community.

One or several leaders of the community owners, when you decide to participate in the self-management affairs of the community, the first thing that comes to mind is responsibility. Do you have confidence? Are you capable? Is there any morality to undertake the entrustment of the community owners and the responsibilities entrusted by everyone?

People who don't take responsibility can't do well in community autonomy management. As a leader, you should do your duty for the community, not as a decision-maker, not as a stopper. Property management company is the trustee of community management. Committee members are trustees of community affairs. It is to exercise the responsibility of daily supervision and management of property according to the matters decided by most owners. Forgetting this will inevitably lead to the pursuit of personal rights and self-interest.

Please think about the owners who are willing to do community autonomy and owners' rights protection. You are shouldering responsibility, not power. What you need is your understanding of policies and regulations, communication skills, coordination skills, organizational skills, dedication and sacrifice. Just don't need the desire for power.
