In 2003, according to the development idea of "small town, grand strategy", the township party committee and government put forward the basic idea of "investing 4,000 yuan in three years to build a new Zhou Jia", and organized and implemented three major projects in the late spring and early summer of that year, namely, the construction of Zhengzhou Mall, the opening of Crossroads and the relocation of the township government. In 2004, the township continued to organize and implement five key projects: Zhengzhou shopping mall hardening, street drainage, power grid reconstruction, old house demolition and reconstruction and "recreation" residential community construction, with an investment of130,000 yuan. The TV penetration rate has reached 100%, and there are nearly 3,000 program-controlled telephones in the township, and people's living standards are improving day by day. Education, culture, health and other social undertakings have developed vigorously, and Party building and material, political and spiritual civilization have continued to develop. In 2004, the township party Committee was awarded the title of "Five Good Township Party Committees for Grassroots Organizations in Gansu Province", and Qingyang Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government successively named the township as "the first township of science and technology" and "the advanced township of spiritual civilization construction at the municipal level", which was commended. Zhoujia Town is located along Zhengzhou-Bian Highway, with 2 1 1 national highway passing through the border and Xiping Railway in the west. The geographical position is superior, and the resources are abundant, including not only natural resources such as agriculture and stone, but also underground resources such as oil, coal and natural gas. Cheung Nam coalfield is under construction. According to calculation, the coal reserves reach1800 million tons.
