Lanzhou Shi Lan Group Co., Ltd. was established.

In February, 20001year, the drilling rig manufacturing department of Shi Lan Group and American National Oil Well Wacker Company, the world's largest multinational oil machinery manufacturing company, jointly established Lanzhou Shi Lan National Oil Well Petroleum Engineering Co., Ltd., and in April, 2006, 5438+03, the two sides stopped cooperation, and all the shares held by American National Oil Well were repurchased by Shi Lan Group and re-registered as Lanzhou Shi Lan Petroleum Equipment Engineering Co., Ltd. (LSPE). Shi Lan Group's No.8 Refinery and Chemical Equipment Manufacturing and Thermal Processing Factory established Lanzhou Shi Lan Machinery and Equipment Co., Ltd. (Shi Lan Company for short) with Huarong Asset Management Company on October 8, 2006.

According to the requirements of enterprise internal reform and reorganization, Shi Lan Group established Lanzhou Shi Lan Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. with Shi Lan Co., Ltd. and Lanzhou Anyi Property Management Co., Ltd. as the main bodies on October 20th, 2007. In February, 2007, the Group merged Lanzhou Anyi Property Management Co., Ltd. into Shi Lan Group.

In April 2008, in order to integrate business, promote development and avoid risks, the Group transferred all the shares of Shi Lan Samsung Industrial Co., Ltd. and Shi Lan Transmission Equipment Co., Ltd. to Shi Lan Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Shi Lan Heavy Industry New Technology Co., Ltd. respectively. All the shares of Shi Lan Materials Co., Ltd. and Lanzhou Shi Lan Hospital Co., Ltd. held by the Group were sold and became purely private. In September 2008, the Group transferred all its shares in Shi Lan Industrial Development Co., Ltd. to Shi Lan Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. for the sake of optimal allocation and complementary advantages. In 2008, combined with the needs of internal restructuring, the Group merged the power plant of Shi Lan Co., Ltd. into Shi Lan Group. In July 2008, Shi Lan Group Power Plant was renamed as Shi Lan Group Power Company.

On June 5438- 10, 2009, according to the goal of highlighting the main business and cultivating listed companies, Shi Lan Group deepened the reform of Shi Lan Equipment Company, divested and reorganized the casting company and forging company belonging to the equipment company, and became the holding subsidiary of Shi Lan Group, which made the main business of Shi Lan more prominent and laid a good foundation for promoting the share reform and listing in the future. According to the future development requirements of the enterprise, Shi Lan Equipment Company was legally cancelled on June 5438+February, 2009.
