Today, the Notice of Foshan Municipal People's Government on Adjusting the Time Limit of Freight Cars in Key Areas and Implementing Traffic Management Measures for Diesel Freight Cars with National III Emission Standards was released. According to the notice, the time limit for trucks in key areas was adjusted from 6: 00 on July 1 day to 24: 00, and the time limit for diesel trucks in the national III emission standard was the same as that in the central city.

Time limit for trucks in these key areas: From July 1 2020, the time limit for existing trucks will be adjusted to 6-24 hours in closed areas bounded by Gui Lan Road, Bahai Road, Foshan Avenue and Qi Kui Road (excluding battery limit sections). All trucks are prohibited from passing during the restricted time, and trucks over 1.5 tons are prohibited from passing at other times.

National three emission standard diesel trucks are restricted.

From July 1 day, 2020, the national third emission standard diesel vehicles are restricted, and the scope and time limit are the same as those in the central city. However, military vehicles, police cars, fire engines, ambulances, law enforcement vehicles and emergency vehicles registered by government departments are excluded.

In the future, diesel trucks with national emission standards will no longer issue passes.

The circular also pointed out that the traffic management department of the public security organ will no longer issue passes to diesel trucks with national emission standard III, but those with national emission standard III diesel trucks that have already applied for passes in this city before July 1 2020 can still continue to use them within the validity period of the passes.

Vehicles entering restricted traffic areas in violation of this circular shall be punished by the traffic administrative department of the public security organ and fined in 200 yuan according to law, with 3 points recorded. The first month of implementation of this circular is the education period of traffic restriction measures. The traffic administrative department of the public security organ will criticize and educate the illegal acts that occurred during the education period, and will not punish them for the time being.

According to the atmospheric environmental quality and road construction, Foshan will gradually expand the scope or time limit of diesel trucks with national III emission standards, and the specific measures will be formulated and announced separately, while the management measures for trucks with yellow labels implemented by Foshan will continue to be effective.

(1) Restricted traffic scope of Chan-GUI New District. East to the East Line of Foshan First Ring Road, south to He Yue Road and Jiusanle Road, west to Foshan Avenue, Dongping Waterway and Foshan Waterway, and north to the enclosed area of Bahai Road and Foshan Waterway.

(2) Restricted access area in Shunde District. Closed area bounded by Bigui Road, Desheng Road, 105 National Road, Hongqi Road, Lungui Road, Shunxiang Road, Fengxiang Road, 105 National Road and Guipan Sea (excluding 105 National Road, Bigui Road, Desheng Road, Lungui Road and Hongqi Road).

(3) Access is restricted in Gaoming District. East to Lixiuhe and Jiang Yan Road (north of Gaoming Avenue to south of Gaoming Waterworks), south to Wenhua Road, Taihe Road, Chang 'an Road and Hexiang Road, west to Gaoming Avenue and Xiangfu Road, and north to Sanbao Road, Cangjiang Road, Yuehua Road and Hexiang Road (excluding Gaoming Avenue, Xiangfu Road and Zhongshan Road).

(4) Restricted access area in Sanshui District. It starts from the T-junction bordering Nanhai District in the east, ends at Gangkou Avenue in the west, ends at Beijiang Dike in the south and ends at Guangsan Expressway in the north (excluding Gangkou Avenue, Beijiang Dike and Guangsan Expressway).
