Is Dalian Sunshine City a rotten tail?

Dalian Sunshine City is a rotten tail. Next to Dalian Sunshine City is an elevated road. The uncompleted residential flats acquired before were basically unattended, and the garbage was piled up outside and no one cleaned it up. There is a real estate called Xuhui Peninsula next to Dalian Sunshine City. I went to the delivery area before, and the community security guard wouldn't let me in. I looked outside, much more comfortable and close to the lake.
