A similar incident happened in Beijing. Residents in the community parked their private cars next to the fire escape. When a fire broke out, the fire truck was blocked outside and could not get in. The people at the scene of the fire were mixed and confused, and the owner could not be found. As a result, the fire was not put out in time and the disaster situation expanded. Therefore, for the sake of fire safety, the practice of the property is understandable.
