Is the property in Greentown really good?

In the building where I live, the garage was flooded once, and my garage was soaked about 1/3. In case of typhoon, you can see that there are sandbags at the entrance and exit of the garage, which should be used to block water. Not many people make cabinets in the garage. I made two shelves, which are very useful. Security should be pretty good. People in other communities have installed anti-theft doors and windows on the ground floor, which has become a joke of neighbors in Lily.
