(3) Vacancies used by small business owners. Small owners have completed the acceptance procedures, but have not yet moved in, or have moved out to visit relatives for a certain period of time, the property is uninhabited and the house is vacant.

For the unrealized part of newly-built commercial housing, the selling (property right) unit shall pay all or part of the property management service fee to the property management enterprise according to the proportion of the construction area, and make it clear in the text of the previous property management service contract; For the sold part, unless otherwise agreed, the buyer or individual shall pay the property management service fee to the property management enterprise according to the construction area of the sold house, regardless of whether it is vacant or used.
