Property management practitioners in Hubei Province need to hold the National Certificate for Property Management Practitioners jointly issued by the Personnel Department and the Real Estate Department of the Construction Department, because property management companies are directly under the jurisdiction of the Construction Department and the Real Estate Department.

This certificate was checked when the construction department came down to check the certificate of the property management company. General property management companies need a certain number of national property management practitioners' post certificates to be qualified. For example, a first-level property management company needs at least 20 such certificates, a second-level property management company needs at least 10, and a third-level property management company needs at least 5 certificates.

In the property management industry, we all know that there are two series of certificates, one is the professional qualification certificate organized by the labor department and the other is the post certificate of the Ministry of Construction.

At present, there are two kinds of property management professional certificates:

1. The National Vocational Qualification Certificate for Property Management issued by the Ministry of Labor is divided into property managers, assistant property managers, property managers and senior property managers. There are property managers, property department managers, property managers and other employment certificates.

The difference is that the qualification certificate issued by the Ministry of Labor is for the right person, and it has little connection with the post qualification or the property management company, while the property management practice certificate is the qualification certificate of the property industry, which is the certificate that the property company needs to use for qualification or audit.
