What level is this property manager certificate?

At present, there are two types of property manager certificates. One is the certificate of the property manager of the Ministry of Labor, which is of little use except for canceling the account. The other is in Chinese and English, which was jointly issued by the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Labor and Social Security. This property manager is now registered, and this certificate is very popular. The certificate is universal in China, and there is no continuing education at present.
