Amendment to Handan Property Management Measures (20 19)

One, the third paragraph of article thirty-third of the 0.25%, modified to 0.3%. Two, sixty-third in the first paragraph of the "housing ownership certificate" is amended as "real estate ownership certificate". Three, delete the third item of the first paragraph of article sixty-fifth. Four. Article 66 is amended as: "If the first maintenance fund is not deposited as required, the development and construction unit or the public housing sale unit shall not deliver the house".

Some departments and written expressions have been revised, and the serial numbers of articles involved have been adjusted accordingly.

According to this amendment, the "Handan Property Management Measures" was re-promulgated.
