3. Property

When the player arrives at the land that no one owns, the player can choose whether to buy it. If you don't buy it, the bank will auction it immediately. The bank has unlimited money, but limited buildings (32 houses, 12 hotel). Players can trade money, property and bail cards.

4. houses and hotels

If you own all unsecured land of the same color, you can choose to build a house before any player rolls the dice, except for the extra round with the same number of points. The house must be built on the land with the least number of houses in the same group at present, which means that the house must be built evenly.

5. Cash withdrawal

When there is no money, the player can sell the house to the bank at half price. When selling, they still want to keep the color of the average number of houses unchanged, that is, to sell the most houses. Players can redeem the land before any player rolls the dice, except for extra rounds with the same number of points. When redeeming the land, you have to pay the interest of 10% of the mortgage value, and enter unconditionally in a few cases.

6. Trade

Players can buy and sell land without buildings with their opponents at any time, and the first negotiated transaction will be dealt with first. There is no loan between players.

7. imprisonment

While in prison, you can collect rent, build a house or trade, but you can't move. While in prison, players can choose to use the prison pass or pay a fine to 50 yuan, and then roll the dice and get out of prison immediately.

8. bankruptcy

If there is still not enough cash to pay the debt after selling or mortgaging all the assets, the player declares bankruptcy. All assets are directly transferred to the creditor. When the mortgaged land is transferred to the creditor, the debt mainly pays the transaction tax of 10% of the mortgaged value immediately.

9, victory conditions

Finally, the player who didn't go bankrupt won. At the end of the time limit, the person with the highest total assets wins.
