Housing reform houses belong to ordinary houses, and their property management fees are subject to the Interim Measures of Beijing Municipality on Property Management Service Charges in Ordinary Residential Areas (J.F.F.ZiNo. 1997+096). However, the items paid by the property owner as stipulated in document 196, that is, greening fee, maintenance fee, septic tank cleaning fee, management fee, public facilities maintenance fee, elevator and water pump operation fee, are still borne by the original selling unit.
