Legal analysis: According to the property management regulations, the property service fee shall be borne by the owner the following month from the date of delivery. If the owner has not stayed for more than half a year and the monthly electricity consumption is less than 2 degrees, the property service fee will be charged according to 90% of the multi-storey property fee charging standard of the residential area where the house is located. Therefore, even if you don't stay, you still have to pay the property fee.
