Recently, the Quality Supervision Bureau of Hebei District of Tianjin and Guangfudao Sub-district Office of Hebei District organized a comprehensive emergency plan drill for special equipment accidents in Hairuimingyuan high-rise residential area, which gave us a quick rescue operation.

It is assumed that this elevator drill is to simulate the emergency treatment of the trapped elevator car, that is, the simulated fault occurred at Hairuimingyuan Community 1 elevator. Residents in the residential area took the elevator from-1 floor and suddenly stopped when they started. The elevator was stuck between-1 floor and 1 floor, and the trapped people were anxious and called the police through the elevator intercom. This time, it mainly rehearsed how the property management personnel can appease the trapped people and how the maintenance personnel can rescue the flat floor of the car after the sudden failure of the elevator.

15: 3 1, the emergency alarm bell of the elevator in the property control center suddenly sounded, and the security guard immediately connected the emergency rescue phone to understand the basic situation of the trapped passengers and communicate with them to appease them.

One group came to the elevator machine room on the resident 18 floor, and the other group came to the failed 1 floor. Two groups of rescuers kept in touch through walkie-talkies. After a series of processes, such as determining the position of the carriage, manually winding the ladder and opening the door to save people, the trapped people were rescued from the carriage at 15: 48.

At the same time, ambulances and fire engines have arrived at the scene, and the rescued people have chest tightness and difficulty breathing and are immediately taken to the hospital.

At the drill site, not only invited experts, relevant personnel of government departments, but also elevator related personnel of other buildings and office buildings in Tianjin also observed and discussed the success and shortcomings of this emergency drill through comments and exchanges.

The overall division of labor is clear, tense and orderly, and the countermeasures are appropriate, which has achieved complete success. After the drill, Jin Qiang affirmed that the drill was a complete success, and stressed the need to strengthen the daily maintenance of elevator equipment, reduce the probability of sudden failure, be familiar with the emergency plan process, and improve the emergency handling capacity.
