6. Buy a house. After understanding all aspects of saleable housing, the applicant will make a choice within the specified time with the Notice of Purchase of Economically Affordable Housing, otherwise it will be deemed as giving up.
7. apply for a quasi-purchase certificate. After choosing a house, you should go to the Housing Reform Office to apply for a quasi-purchase certificate with the confirmation of house selection, ID card and purchase notice.
8. Go through the purchase procedures. The applicant holds the house purchase permit to go through the house purchase formalities with the developer of the house purchased.
