Do shops along the street charge decoration fees for renovating properties?

No charge. When the shops along the street are renovated, the property only charges renovation management fees. The decoration management fee is not the same as the property management fee, but the management fee charged by the property company during the decoration process. If the property company collects the decoration management fee, the decorator or the decoration enterprise shall sign a residential interior decoration management service agreement with the property company.
