Responsibilities and obligations of the Owner's Representative:

1. Convene and preside over the owners' meeting.

2. Select and dismiss the property management company, and conclude, modify or terminate the property management service contract with the property management enterprise.

3. In accordance with laws, regulations and rules, be responsible for updating relevant public maintenance funds, and supervise their use and management.

4. Review the annual work plan proposed by the property management company and the budget and final accounts of the property management service fee.

5. Listen to the opinions and suggestions of owners and property users, and supervise the management service activities of property management companies.

6. Implement the resolutions of the owners' meeting.
