For the personnel whose entry destination is other provinces at Xi 'an port, centralized isolation shall be carried out for 14 days, and nucleic acid detection shall be carried out for 1 4, 7, 13 days, in which 13 days requires parallel detection of nucleic acid+antibody detection, and it shall be "point-to-point" sent to those who leave Shaanxi.

2. For the entry personnel whose destination is our province, the measures of centralized isolation for 2 1 day and home isolation for 7 days are implemented, that is, centralized isolation at Xi 'an port for 14 days. After the expiration of the isolation period, those outside the province will be taken back by the destination city in a "point-to-point" closed loop; If the destination is Xi, it will continue to be quarantined at the municipal entry quarantine place until 2 1 day, and it will be taken back by the district and county where the destination is located, and it will be quarantined at home for 7 days.

The health administrative department of the State Council is in charge of the prevention and control of infectious diseases and its supervision and management. The health administrative departments of local people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the prevention and control of infectious diseases and their supervision and management within their respective administrative areas.

Other departments of the people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the prevention and control of infectious diseases within their respective functions and duties.

The prevention and control of infectious diseases in the army shall be handled in accordance with this Law and the relevant provisions of the state, and shall be supervised and managed by the competent health department of the People's Liberation Army of China.

Article 7

Disease prevention and control institutions at all levels undertake infectious disease monitoring, forecasting, epidemiological investigation, epidemic situation reporting and other prevention and control work.

Medical institutions undertake the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases related to medical treatment and the prevention of infectious diseases in their areas of responsibility. Urban communities and rural grass-roots medical institutions shall, under the guidance of disease prevention and control institutions, undertake the corresponding prevention and control of infectious diseases in urban communities and rural grass-roots units.
