To apply for a business license, the following materials shall be submitted:

1. Application for company establishment registration signed by the legal representative of the Company Law;

2. Articles of Association signed by all shareholders;

4. Copies of appointment documents and ID cards of directors, supervisors and managers;

Article 7

When signing, modifying or canceling the lease contract, the parties concerned shall register with the real estate management department of the people's government of the municipality directly under the central government, city or county where the house is located.

Article 14

The parties to the housing lease shall, within 30 days after the signing of the lease contract, go through the registration formalities with the real estate management department of the people's government of the city or county with the documents specified in Article 15 of these Measures.
