Construction standard of office building of party and government organs

Article 10 The office buildings of party and government organs are composed of basic office buildings (office buildings, service buildings and equipment buildings) and auxiliary buildings, which shall meet the requirements in Table 2.

Thirteenth computer room use area should be determined according to the geographical location, construction scale and related equipment requirements, and should be calculated at 9% of the sum of office and service room use area.

Fourteenth office buildings of party and government organs should reasonably determine the area of foyer, corridor and elevator hall, and improve the use area coefficient. The total area coefficient of basic office buildings should not be less than 65% for multi-storey buildings and 60% for high-rise buildings.

The construction area of fifteenth affiliated buildings shall not exceed the following provisions:

1. canteen: the construction area of canteen, dining room and kitchen is calculated according to the staffing. Staffing/kloc-below 0/00, the per capita construction area is 3.7 square meters; If the staffing exceeds 100, the per capita construction area of the excess personnel is 2.6 square meters.

2. Parking garage: The total number of parking spaces should meet the requirements of urban and rural planning and construction. 3. Security room: It should be calculated according to the standard of security personnel and the construction area of armed police barracks, with a per capita construction area of 25 square meters.

4. Civil air defense facilities: The construction area should be listed according to the fortification scope and standards stipulated by the national civil air defense department, and it can be used as underground garage and goods warehouse in peacetime on the principle of combining peacetime with wartime and making full use of it.

Sixteenth party and government organs office building total construction area can be calculated according to the following formula:

S=[A+B+(A+B) ×9%]/K+C

Among them:

S-total construction area;

A- the total office space of staff at all levels;

B—— the total usable area of the service room;

K- coefficient of total usable area of basic office buildings;

C —— the total construction area of the annex building.
