Is it in line with the property fee collection standard to put things in the fire escape of the building at will?

According to the Fire Protection Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), no household or individual is allowed to occupy the fire corridor without authorization, and it is forbidden to store personal items such as sundries in the public corridor on the floor. Therefore, putting things in the fire escape of the building at will does not meet the property fee collection standard.

Fire escape is a passage for firefighters to rescue and evacuate trapped people, such as stairs, aisles, residential exits, etc.
