At about 20 1 2121evening1,a teenager was playing with friends in the square of Wolong Li Jingwan Community in gold and silver lake, Dongxihu District, Wuhan City, and accidentally kicked the ball into the fountain pool. The teenager was ready to catch the ball in the water, but he fell into the water as soon as he got into the water.

Li Hang, who was on duty at the security guard post 20 meters away, saw the teenager fall into the water and rushed out of the post immediately. He rushed into the pool to save him before taking off his shoes. Unfortunately, he also fell into the water. Zhang Shiyuan, a security guard who heard the news, jumped into the water to catch the boy, and two other security guards went to pull Li Hang.

"I just entered the water and felt numb in my lower limbs." Zhang Shiyuan later recalled. As soon as he entered the water, he realized that there was electricity in the water. But he still resisted the pain and pushed the boy ashore. After about 5 minutes of rescue, the boy opened his eyes.

Li Hang was later rescued by several colleagues in the Secret Service. However, he lay motionless on the ground. After about 4 hours of rescue, 18-year-old Li Hang left.

In order to carry forward Li Hang's courageous spirit, the Wuhan Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League and the Youth Federation posthumously awarded him the "Wuhan Youth May 4th Medal" and called on the youth in the city to learn from him. After the incident, the parents of the rescued teenager, Mr. Yu and Ms. Xu, visited the rescued teenager many times and raised 654.38 million yuan in solatium for their parents.

Wuhan Communist Youth League Committee has given Li Hang's family 654.38+10,000 yuan in solatium. Moved by it, the residents and owners of the community spontaneously raised money for him. In two and a half days, nearly 654.38 million yuan was donated to Li Hang's parents. In addition, the dispatching unit in Li Hang and the property management company where he worked compensated his family1164,000 yuan.
