Don't check. The Housing Authority is an administrative department in China, which is mainly responsible for handling the real estate license and determining the owner of the house. It is not responsible for solving house disputes and checking property fire protection, but only for determining the ownership of the house. Checking property fire protection is managed and checked by the Property Management Bureau.
