Xiangjiang Century City is no longer popular for the following reasons:

1. The design of the residential area does not meet the needs of the public. The large area leads to the relative reduction of resources, low greening rate and narrow building spacing.

2. Difficult management, large population, difficult management and uneven quality of residents often lead to various problems such as untimely garbage disposal in the community.
